How should Android system mobile phones /iPad Pro tablets use this product for video recording?
“USB Camera” software such as “CamX/MoniCon” is required for Android phone/iPad Pro tablet to capture. The mobile phones /iPad Pro tablet cannot download the OBS software for use together. iPadOs need to be updated to 17/18 or higher to use it.

If the product shows a black screen during use, how can it be solved?
If black screen appears, try to Turned off HDCP of USB C input device like game console. The capture card does not support devices with HDCP signals, such as DVDs.
